Returns

All returns must be made within 7 business days from the date of delivery. To return your order, you must notify The Mixtape Club by writing to info@themixtapeclub.co. New media must be returned in unused condition with original packaging intact. Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. When returning a defective item, The Mixtape Club must receive the returned item before a replacement can be issued. When shipping back your item, please use UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking number and confirmation. The Mixtape Club is not responsible for lost packages. Failure to meet the above conditions could result in your return being denied.

Gift cards of any kind cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or contact you with more details. Refunds are processed as a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment. The processor of your payment may take 1–3 business days to apply the credit to your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@themixtapeclub.co.

Shipping Returns

Unless there was an error with your order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order but it has already been shipped, you must not unpack the items when they are received and you must send the items back to our contact address at your own cost within 7 business days of delivery. On receipt of the returned items, we will refund you the amount charged (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days.
